An amazing camera - a rangefinder styling, with excellent high-ISO capabilities and a lovely through-the-viewfinder heads up display. Takes fantastic pictures. Here are a few of my favorites.

I had an all-access pass to document the festival for the organizer, CatalystETC.

The festival is run each year on the National Mall. This was the 10th year, and former First Lady Laura Bush was a highlight speaker.

What the hell? It's a phone, AND a camera? Like a desert topping and a floor wax? Yes, I'm an Apple fanboy. But the 3G and the 2G cameras, well, s-u-c-k-e-d. But this time, they really are on to something. I am SO impressed with how it renders images that I don't take any point-and-shoot cameras with me anymore. Nope. Don't need 'em. Either this or this + the DSLR!

A collection of my best Black and White work. Much of the early work is done with medium format and 35mm film cameras, but lately I am shooting digital as well.

Pictures taken early October, at the beginning of the turn of the season. I focused on close-up pictures rather than landscapes, trying to extract the colors and textures of fall flowers.

My trip to Manhattan, toting along the Canon G10 (and maybe an iPhone pic or two)

This is a photo gallery from a recent Longwood Gardens trip. I used the EOS 5D and the G10 as a duo. It was a very rainy day, so most of my shots were done between the drops.

Took the girls to the park today on a generally foggy and cloudy day. Apparently the painters were out in force at the horse park, and the colors just popped with saturation. Hope you enjoy it.

After getting the G10 for a replacement point-and-shoot and general carry everywhere camera, I took it to Ridley for 15 minutes during an errand to see what it can do in good light.
